中西医结合治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊、大黄虫丸内服联合卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效。方法:65例入选患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组35例,对照组30例,治疗组口服润燥止痒胶囊4粒,3次/d,大黄虫丸3g,2次/d,同时外用卡泊三醇软膏,涂药后均采用聚已烯薄膜局部封包1h,2次/d,12周为1疗程,每2、4、8、12周复诊1次,观察皮疹治疗后变化及用药后不良反应的发生率,并由专人记录结果。对照组仅外用卡泊三醇软膏,每晚2次/d,方法及疗程同治疗组,1疗程后判定疗效。治疗前后均查血尿常规、肝肾功能、电解质、β2微球蛋白、血脂全套和心电图,以观察受试药物的安全性。结果:治疗组基愈率为74.29%,总有效率为91.43%;对照组基愈率为50%,总有效率为83.33%。两组基愈率经χ2检验,差异具有显著性(χ2=4.09,P<0.05),两组总有效率经χ2检验,差异具有显著性(χ2=4.93,P<0.05),表明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论:润燥止痒胶囊、大黄虫丸内服联合卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病疗效确切。Objective：To observe the Runzao Zhiyang capsules,Dahuang Zhechong pill taken orally combined topical calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：65 cases were selected randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 35 cases.The control group 30 patients,the treatment group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsules 4 capsules,3 times/d,Dahuang Zhechong pill 3g,2 times/d,while topical calcipotriol ointment,after drug-coated polyethylene films are used locally packet 1 hour,2 times/d,12 weeks a course of treatment,1 per 2,4,8,12 weeks referral to observe the rash changes and after treatment after treatment the incidence of adverse reactions,record the results by hand.Control group,topical calcipotriol ointment alone,per night 2/d,the same method and course of the treatment group,After a course of treatment efficacy determined before and after treatment,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,β2 microglobulin,complete blood lipids and ECG,to observe the safety of the drug tested.Results：based treatment group was 74.29% more total effective rate was 91.43% ;control group,the more base rate of 50%,total effective rate was 83.33%.Two more rate base by χ^2 test,the difference was significant（χ^2=4.09,P〈0.05）,total effective by the χ^2 test,the difference was significant（χ^2=4.93,P〈0.05）,show that the treatment group effective than the control group.Conclusion：Runzao Zhiyang capsules,pills taken orally Dahuang Zhechong joint topical calcipotriol ointment treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris exact.
