摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状动脉支架植入术患者应用主动脉球囊反搏的疗效和护理。方法:通过对1例急性前壁心肌梗死患者紧急行冠状动脉支架植入术应用球囊反搏的抢救护理及病情观察。结果:在IABP循环支持治疗后,患者的收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度明显提高,心率下降,患者治愈出院。结论:急性心肌梗死患者行冠状动脉支架植入术使用球囊反搏治疗疗效确切,有效的护理措施对提高治疗成功率、预防和减少并发症有积极作用。Objective：To evaluate the coronary stent implantation in patients with aortic balloon pump in the efficacy and care.Methods：One case of an emergency with acute anterior myocardial infarction underwent coronary stent implantation with balloon counterpulsation in the emergency nursing and case observation.Results：IABP circulatory support after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,oxygen saturation markedly increased,heart rate decreased,the patient recovered.Conclusion：Acute myocardial infarction patients with coronary stent implantation using the balloon pump therapy is effective,effective interventions to improve the success rate of treatment,prevention and positive role in reducing complications.
