HPLC法测定抗感胶囊中绿原酸含量研究

摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了抗感胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为YWG-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸三乙胺水溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长327nm。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.03～0.33μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为2.43%。结论:方法快速准确,重复性好,准确度高,可控制制剂的质量。Objective：To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Kanggan Capsule by HPLC.Metheds：Chlorogenic acid content was determined on YWG-C18 column,with methanolphosphate triethylamine（20：80）as mobile phase,and detected at 327nm.Results：The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear between 0.03～0.33μg,the average recovery was 98.52%,the relative standard deviation was 2.43%.Conclusion：The method is fast and accurate,reproducible,high accuracy and the quality of preparation can be controlled.
