摘 要:以二苄醚和醋酸酐为原料合成了乙酸苄酯,分别对催化剂种类与用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、精制工艺和抗氧剂等对产物的影响进行了研究,得到了合适的工艺条件:以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,在130~140℃下反应25~35 m in,原料二苄醚与醋酐摩尔比为1∶(1.1~1.2);得到的粗品先进行减压简单蒸馏脱去催化剂,然后在抗氧剂和氮气的保护下精馏得到成品.产品纯度可达99.5%左右,总收率可达80%以上.同时进行了工艺放大实验.本法工艺生产条件温和,后处理简明,适宜工业化.Benzyl acetate was synthesized from dibenzyl ether and acetic anhydride;the influencing factors of the reaction,such as catalyst,molar ratio of acetic anhydride to dibenzyl ether,reaction temperature,reaction time,and so on,were investigated.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:using p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst,molar ratio of acetic anhydride to dibenzyl ether was 1∶(1.1—1.2),reaction temperature was 130—140 ℃,and reaction time was 25—35 min.After reaction,the catalyst was removed by vacuum distillation,and the product was obtained by distillation under antioxidant and N2.Yield of benzyl acetate could reach above 80%,and the purity could reach about 99.5%.Further,the scale-up test was carried out.The technology conditions are mild,simple post-processing,and suitable for Industrialization.
