摘 要:通过对芦苇收割机割台的研究,对比目前常用芦苇收割机割台存在的优缺点,提出了WS2000高杆芦苇收割机割台的设计方案。割台是收割机的关键部件,是分苇、扶苇机构、拨苇轮、割刀、横向输送等机构的组合体;给出了这些机构的设计方案,分析了其受力情况及工作原理,并考虑实际作业情况及整体机构的协调工作。Through researching of the cutting platform of bulrush harvesters,the merits and demerits of the cutting platform of bulrush harvesters which are often used at present were analyzed.The cutting platform design project of 4WS2000 high bar bulrush harvesters was put forward.Cutting platform is key component of harvesters,it is made up of separating and supporting bulrush mechanism,pushing bulrush wheel,cutting knife,crossing feed mechanism and so on.The design projects of these mechanisms were presented,The mechanisms' force condition and theirs working principle were analyzed,and the actual working status and work cooperation of whole mechanism were taken into account.
