桡动脉辅助压迫止血垫在冠脉介入术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经桡动脉穿刺行冠脉造影及介入治疗术后使用自制桡动脉辅助压迫止血垫后的效果。方法将356例经桡动脉穿刺行冠脉造影及介入治疗后的患者随机分成两组。对照组180例患者术后使用传统止血方法,观察组176例患者术后使用自制桡动脉辅助止血垫压迫止血。观察两组患者穿刺口压痛、瘀血、手部肿胀、局部过敏情况及患者舒适度。结果观察组术后穿刺处的各种并发症均明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用自制桡动脉辅助压迫止血垫在冠脉介入术后对桡动脉止血效果满意,穿刺周围皮肤并发症少,患者舒适度明显提高,不适感时间缩短而且价格低廉,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of self-made auxiliary radial oppression pat after coronary angiography and interventional therapy. Methods We divided 356 cases of coronary angiography and intervention randomly into two groups： observation group with 176 cases in it and control group, with 180 cases in it. The control group was treated by using traditional methods and the observation group was treated by using self-made auxiliary radial oppression pat for compression radial bleeding. Bleeding, hand strut, local allergies and patients＇ comfort degree were observed. Results The postoperative complieations of the observation group were fewer than those of the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The self-made auxiliary radial compression hemostatie pat shows a better hemostatic effect and lower cost, worthy of clinical popularization.
