摘　　要：阐述了粮荒对全球安全的威胁,列举了近年来粮荒给全球经济带来的冲击,分析了粮食生产的波动规律和特点。在此基础上提出:吉林省必须建立确保国家粮食安全的长效机制,即严格保护耕地,确保农业资源保障能力;不断提高粮食单产水平,增强粮食综合生产能力;加强农业基础设施建设,增强抵御自然灾害的能力;积极推进农业科技创新,发挥科技支撑作用;强化政策支持,促使粮食生产持续发展。This paper expounds the threat of grain shortage on global safety,illustrates the impact of grain shortage on global economy in recent years and analyzes the fluctuation rules and features of grain production.Based on this,it proposes the ideas that Jilin Province must establish a long-term mechanism for ensuring food safety of the nation,namely,improving the abilities of strictly protecting farmland to ensure agricultural resources,constantly raising grain yield per hectare to enhance grain comprehensive production ability,strengthening agricultural infrastructure construction to resist natural calamity,promoting agricultural technology innovation to play the scientific support role and reinforcing the polices support to promote the sustainable development of grain production.
