摘　　要：目的探讨动态心电图(DCG)在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法对337例经临床标准确诊的冠心病住院病人进行DCG结果分析。结果 337例冠心病患者检测出289例有缺血型ST段改变,敏感率为85.8%,其中有症状心肌缺血检出率为27.7%(80/289),无症状心肌缺血检出率为72.3%(209/289)。结论 DCG监测冠状动脉缺血诊断冠心病的敏感性较高,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective and Methods To study the value of dynamic electrocardiography（DCG） in the diagnosis of 337 hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease by analysis of DCG result. Results In 337 cases of DCG,289 cases were diagnosed as ischemie ST segment changes and the sensitivity rate was 85.8%, and the symptom detection rate of myocardial ischemia was 27.7% （80/289）, and the detection rate of silent myocardial ischemia was 72.3%（209/289）. Conclusion The sensitivity of diagnosing coronary heart disease by using DCG to monitor coronary ischemia is higher and DCG has a great value in clinical application.
