摘　　要：控制工程造价,可以节约资金,提高投资经济效益。文章从建设工程设计、招标、施工、竣工结算几个方面探讨、分析建设单位如何控制工程造价,并提出一些可行、有效的控制工程造价措施。The cost control of a construction project can help save money and increase economic benefits.This article discusses and analyzes the ways to control the cost of a construction project from the following aspects： the project design,the bid invitation,the construction,and the settlement of accounts.It also presents some practical and effective measures on the cost control of a construction project.
