摘  要:机械安全是制造业赖以生存和发展的基础,涉及到国民经济各个部门和人民的安全与健康。为了有效地控制机械加工工艺的危险性,防止机械事故发生,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,运用事故统计方法,对我国机械加工行业各类生产事故进行统计分析,从不同伤害形式的角度出发,将机械伤害事故类型从绞伤、碾压伤害、夹挤伤害等方面进行研究,重点以锻工、车工、铣工、钳工等11种常见加工工艺为研究对象,分析其操作过程中发生的事故原因和事故类型,得出我国机械加工行业事故发生规律和各加工工艺危险性的大小。与以往机械伤害事故类型统计不同,本文将机械伤害从不同工种和不同伤害形式进行分类统计,更能体现机械加工事故伤害特点,对加强我国机械加工行业的安全生产管理有一定的参考意义。Machinery safety is the basis of manufacturing industly to survive and develop,and also refers to the safety and health of all sectors of national economy and people. In order to effectively control the risk of processing technics in the machining process,and to prevent mechanical accidents and reduce the casualties and property losses,the method of accident statistics was applied to analyze incidents which took place in any operation processes of the mechanical processing industry,the accident types were seperately studied from wringer injury,squeeze injury,friction damage from the perspective of different forms of damage,and eleven common processing techniques as the key research such as blacksmith,turner,miller,fitter. The cause of the accidents and accident patterns in the operating process were analyzed,and then the regularity of accident occurs and risk size of different process in machinery manufacturing industry were pointed out. Being different from the traditional accidents statistic of mechanical damage,this article gives the classified statistics from different work types and damage forms was presented,which can better reflect the characteristics of injuries of machining process accidents,and also have some reference value to strengthen the safety of producing management for our machining industry.
