摘　　要：对端套复合模进行了研究,介绍了端套复合模加工工艺由落料、拉深、反拉深和切边4道工序复合而成。详细叙述了端套零件加工的工艺性和模具的结构。通过对模具结构的分析,在模具中采用了反拉深和挤压切边的工艺,使得复合模在加工中得到成功。According to the research of the complex die for end cover,the die is consisted of four processes,material cutting,deep drawing,reverse deep drawing and margin cutting.The processing ability and the die structure of the end cover parts are described in detail.After analyzing the die structure,it is decided to apply the processes of deep drawing and side cutting with extrusion which leads to the successful manufacturing of the complex die.
