摘 要:针对如何提高悬臂梁压电式发电效率的问题,通过所建立的压电转换模型,分析了结构参数对输出电压的影响,在设计悬臂梁的结构参数时,尽量在结构强度允许的条件下,选择大的附加质量块与压电双晶片宽度,是获得较大输出电压的重要方法。分析还表明,虽然压电双晶片的长度lb对输出电压影响较大,为满足压电发电装置的微型化要求,在设计中参数限制了lb的选取范围。在低频工作区,参数附加质量块与悬臂梁沿x轴方向上的接触长度lm、压电陶瓷层的厚度tc对输出电压作用较弱。经设计与搭建的实验平台及测试系统,进行了测试结果与仿真分析相比较,结果表明理论分析是可信的。In order to improve the power generation efficiency of the piezoelectric cantilever beam,a conversion model between the piezoelectric power and the mechanical energy has been established,and the effects of the structural parameters on the output voltage of the piezoelectric system are analyzed.When determining the structural parameters of the cantilever beam,it is important to select the additional mass m and the bimorph widthwas large as possible under the condition of permitting intensity,so as to get the higher output voltage.Moreover,the analysis shows that the electrode lengthlb has been restricted to meet the requirement of the minimum size of piezoelectric device,though it can do more influence on the output voltage.Meantime,at the low frequency working area,the parameters of the contacting lengthlmand the bimorph thickness tc do weaker impact on the output voltage compared with other parameters.The testing results from the designed experimental platform match the simulation analysis well,which shows that the theoretical analysis is feasible.
