摘 要:含金属芯压电纤维(MPF)是一种新型的压电功能元件,该文将其应用于超声Lamb波的传感。该文简述了其传感特性、研究现状,建立了一套基于MPF的兰姆(Lamb)波主动监测系统,实验研究并分析了MPF对Lamb波的传感特性。实验结果表明,MPF作为Lamb波传感器是可行的,且其对Lamb波的传感具有很强的方向性,随着Lamb波传播方向与MPF轴向夹角的增大,信号的峰值单调递减。当激励信号频率为160kHz时,沿MPF轴向激励时信号幅值约为垂直于MPF轴向时的5倍。Metal core piezoelectric fibers (MPF),a new kind of piezoelectric device,was applied it to sense Lamb wave in this paper.The sensing characteristic and the present situation of research were firstly introduced.Secondly,experiments were carried out to calibrate the Lamb wave active monitoring system.Some results showed the feasibility for sensing ultrasonic lamb waves with MPF,and the directivity of the MPF response to Lamb was obvious.With the increase of the angle between the actuator and MPF,the amplitude of the received signal decreased.When the frequency of the input waveform was 160 kHz,the signal amplitude generating in line with MPF axis was about 5 times than that of perpendicular one.
