摘  要:永磁同步电机运行时铁心损耗分布不均匀,在利用时步有限元进行计算时,空间离散密度的选取将对其计算精度造成影响。因此,首先利用时步有限元方法求得电机铁心中损耗的分布曲面,在此基础上通过插值计算的方法对该曲面不同离散情况下的误差进行预测分析,得出损耗误差随离散密度的变化规律,并针对转子涡流损耗计算中高次谐波所产生的混叠现象,对时间步长的选取进行了相关讨论;最后通过对比一台55kW永磁同步电机的仿真与实测结果,验证了该方法的合理性。Since the iron loss distribution was uneven in iron core of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),the spatial discretization density may affect the precision of calculation through time-stepping finite element method (T-S FEM).So that,firstly calculated the losses distribution surface by T-S FEM.Then the loss calculation errors under different discretization conditions were predicted by means of interpolation method,and its changing law with discretization density was concluded.In addition,aiming at folding pheno-menon caused by high order harmonic loss in the rotor core,time discretization was also investigated.The reasonability of this method was verified by comparison of simulation and tested results of a 55 kW PMSM.
