皮带运输机负载模拟仿真系统研究及应用

摘　　要：详细分析了不同运行状态下皮带运输机的负载特性,并重点进行了负载模拟仿真研究,最后将其投入皮带运输机变速系统研究中使用,结果表明仿真效果符合皮带运输机负载情况,为研究皮带运输机变速控制提供了负载模拟设备。The load characteristic of the belt conveyor in the different operating mode were analyzed,the study on simulation system and put it into service was proceed.Results showed that,simulation system was complianced with the real load characteristic,and can be used to the variable speed control for artificial load.
