摘　　要：目的了解上海市浦东新区妊娠期妇女的生命质量状况。方法应用健康调查简表(SF-36量表)对浦东新区妊娠期妇女进行生命质量评价,与浦东新区社区居民及年轻女性生命质量进行比较分析。结果浦东新区妊娠期妇女生命质量8个维度的得分分别为生理功能68.05、生理角色限制42.54、躯体疼痛75.58、总体健康72.05、活力65.33、社会功能73.28、情感角色限制59.18、心理健康76.28,总评分为70.04。与浦东新区社区居民及年轻女性的生命质量比较,妊娠期妇女的生命质量较差。结论妊娠期妇女的生命质量状况不容乐观,有关部门和社会应关注和提高妊娠期妇女生命质量。Objective To evaluate the quality of life（QOL）of pregnant women in Pudong New Area in Shanghai.Methods The pregnant women in Pudong New Area were investigated with SF-36.The result scores were compared to those of residents and younger women in Pudong New Area.Results The SF-36 subscale scores were 68.05 in physical functioning,42.54 in role-physical,75.58 in bodily pain,72.05 in general health,65.33 in vitality,73.28 in social function,59.18 in role-emotional and 76.28 mental health,respectively.The total score of SF-36 was 70.04.Compared with residents and younger women in Pudong New Area,QOL of pregnant women in Pudong New Area was lower.Conclusion The situation of QOL of pregnant women is not good.Great efforts should be made to improve the QOL of pregnant women by the authorities concerned and the society.
