摘　　要：通过简要介绍大丰海港新城管理中心在总体规划、功能空间组织、造型设计、饰面材料及细部等方面的设计构思,揭示了该建筑在设计手法运用与建筑气质方面的独到追求,以指导类似建筑设计。This paper has a brief introduction of the general plan, the function spatial organization, model design, decorative material, details and other design conception about the new city administration center design on Dafeng harbor. It reveals the peculiar pursuit about the application of design technique and characteristic of architecture, to guide the similar architectural designs.
