高层住宅类型浅析

摘　　要：介绍了目前最常见的两种高层住宅类型,即板式高层住宅和塔式高层住宅,以郑州市为例,将这两种高层住宅进行了对比分析,得出:板式高层住宅和塔式高层住宅各具千秋,不能片面发展,应结合用地状况将二者适当控制,以获得较好的综合效益。This paper introduces the present common two types of high-rise residences, they are plate type high-rise residence and tower type high-rise residence. As Zhengzhou city for example, it has a comparison and analysis on these two types of high-rise residences. Come to the conclusion, the plate type high-rise residence and tower type high-rise residence have their own advantages and can not unilateral development. They should combine the comprehensive land using situation to develop the two types of residences, to get a better comprehensive efficiency.
