摘　　要：分别用PKPM,ABAQUS以及ANSYS三种不同的有限元软件对同一高层建筑建立了三个不同的有限元模型,通过模态分析结果对比和地震反应谱分析结果的对比,得出了一些重要的结论,对设计出既安全又经济的设计产品起到了良好的指导作用。This paper introduces to build three finite dement models for the same high-rise building by three finite dement softwares. The three finite dement softwares are PKPM, ABAQUS and ANSYS. It has some important conclusions by comparison of the mode analysis result and the earthquake response spectrum analysis result. It has the good guidance function for the security and economic product design.
