摘　　要：以湖北省孝襄高速公路四标段中一处软基处理的经验为主,系统地介绍了无砂混凝土小桩的施工准备、施工工艺流程、施工控制及质量检测等控制措施,以指导类似工程中无砂混凝土小桩的施工过程控制和管理。Mainly to the experience of a soft foundation treatment in Hubei province Xiaoxiang highway forth section, it specifically illustrates construction preparation, construction process, construction control and quality control and other control measures of no sand concrete pile, so as to guide construction process control and management of similar no sand concrete pile engineering.
