摘　　要：通过对《建规》和《高规》相关条文的比较,以及对实际工程设计中存在问题的分析,指出《建规》对多层(九层及以下)住宅小区室外消防要求偏高,并针对住宅建筑火灾危险小、不易蔓延的特点,对其室外消防水量的确定提出了建设性建议。By comparing the relative laws such as Architectural Regulation and Regulation For Technique Of Concrete Structure In High-Rise Buildings and analysis of problems in factual engineering design, the paper points out that the clause in the Architectural Regulation on the outdoor fire-fighting in multi-storey buildings is higher, and point out some constructive suggestions for the fire-fighting water volume according to the characteristics of the residential buildings, that has little danger and can not extended easily.
