摘　　要：物流园区是具有一定规模和综合服务功能的物流集结点,在我国尚处于发展初期,面临的规划与布局不合理问题已成为一大障碍。本文通过分析我国物流园区发展现状及规划、布局中面临的主要问题,提出发展策略。The Logistics Park is comprehensive logistics services assembly point with a certain scale, it is still in its infancy in China, the planning and the irrational layout of it has become a major obstacle. By analyzing the current situation and planning, main problem in layout of China＇s logistics park, the development strategy is put forward.
