摘  要:目的探讨湖区垸内控制血吸虫病的有效方法。方法观察了4种垸内灭螺方法和4种涵闸防螺工程效果;对“水封式”户用沼气池粪便无害化和净化饮用水的卫生效果进行了试验和评估。结果各种灭螺方法实施1~3次,钉螺全部死亡;4种涵闸防螺工程效果达100%;沼气池粪样年均寄生虫卵沉降率为99.6%,灭活率为99.8%,血吸虫卵在沼液中15d后不能孵出毛蚴;集中式供水水质达到国家卫生标准。结论灭螺、防螺、改厕、改水的综合运用,有效地控制了该县的血吸虫病的流行。Objective To study the effective measures for schistosomiasis control in lake regions. Methods Four kinds of measures for preventing snails from spreading in sluices were studied based on quantitative and qualitative investigations on snail spreading. Safe treatment of nightsoil and water supply were studied in this study. Results All the effects of the measures reached 100%. The faecal parasite eggs can be reduced by 99. 8%. No miracidium hatching of schistosome eggs was found in 15 days of retention in biogas tanks. Conclusion Drink water reached the national standard for water supply. There fore, the ecological and envirommental measures can effecti vely control schistosomiasis japonica in endemic areas.
