精浆免疫抑制物(SPIM)活性低下与反复自然流产关系及中药治疗的研究

摘　　要：１对正常生育组８４对及反复自然流产组的１８６对夫妇进行了研究。用抗补体法对丈夫精浆测定ＳＰＩＭ活性，结果表明：反复自然流产组ＳＰＩＭ活性３８９２±６１５×１０３ｕ／Ｌ低于正常生育组４３８６±６６４×１０３ｕ／Ｌ，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明ＳＰＩＭ活性低下是反复自然流产的原因之一。２用“升抑汤”对７５例ＳＰＩＭ活性低下的患者作１－３个疗程的治疗，ＳＰＩＭ活性由３４８２±５２１×１０３ｕ／Ｌ上升到４２６３±６１８×１０３ｕ／Ｌ，治疗前后差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后与正常生育组相比差异无显著性，这说明“升抑汤”是治疗ＳＰＩＭ活性低下的有效方剂。Using anticomplement method to measure the activity of seminal plasma immnological materials (SPIM) of husbands seminal plasma (SP),We have studied these two groups 84 normal couples versus 186 couples affected by recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA).The results indicated that the average SPIM activated values of RSA groups was 389.2±61.5×10 3U/L and was lower than that of normal groups which was 438.6±66.4×10 3U/L.By comparison,here was significant difference between them.That showed that activated decrease of SPIM was the main cause of RSA. 2.One to three therapy courses were also preaented to 75 individuals affected with SPIM activated decrease,using 'Shengyitang'.We found that their averageactivity of SPIM was increased from 348.2±52.1×10 3U/L to 426.3±61.8×10 3U/L.The significant difference existed by comparing protherapy to posttherapy while there was no significant difference between posttherapy group and no mal group.The outcome showed that 'Shengyitang' offered the best hope for treating activated decrease of SPIM.
