摘　　要：汽车仪表板表皮专用ABS树脂是一种综合性能指标和技术含量很高的ABS树脂,用于制备中低档轿车、中型车和卡车的仪表板表皮。作者主要考察了中试放大后聚合反应单体转化率随时间的变化规律及搅拌转速对胶乳粒径大小及分布的影响,以及接枝聚合过程中大小粒径PBL掺混比例、TDDM、FES对产品性能的影响,产品质量超过美国Blendex 131产品水平。The special ABS resin for the surface layer of automobile dashboard is a kind of comprehensive performance index and high technical contentresin.It is usedfor producing the surface layer of dashboard of those cars such as mid-range and low-range,mid-size cars and trucks.In this work,we mainly studied the characterization of monomer conversion rate as time changed and the effect of stirring rate on the rubber particle size and distribution after enlarging the pilot plant.The effect of mixing proportion of different size PBL rubber particles,TDDM and FES on product property during grafting process are also investigated.The product standard has reaches to the America Blendex 131 level.
