摘　　要：目的：探讨有效控制医院感染的护理管理方法,降低医院感染率. 方法：对护理人员进行医院感染知识培训,教育纳入常规业务学习、培训计划;提高护士预防和控制医院感染意识,规范护理行为;发挥护理部在护理质量控制中的作用,参与医院感染管理的监控,将科室医院感染控制工作作为护理质量考核的评价指标之一. 结果：医院感染发生率明显下降. 结论：采取以上综合措施加强护理管理对控制医院感染具有重要的作用.Objective To explore the method of the effective control of nosocomial infection in nursing management me so as to reduce the nosocomial infection rates. Methods Carry on nosocomial infection knowledge training to the nursing staffs.
