四肢长骨骨折合并脑外伤后精神障碍患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：对我科2005年1月～2009年10月期间68例骨折伴有脑外伤后精神障碍的患者的护理进行总结.方法：因骨折伴脑外伤后精神障碍患者,回顾性研究68例该类患者病程特点,发现在骨科手术前、术后1周、术后2周,精神症状有显著差异（P〈0.01）.术后3月,绝大多数患者精神心理状态接近正常.结果：在谵妄期、恢复期、平稳期分别确立主导治疗模式、指导与合作模式、共同参与模式的护患关系模式.结论：对躯体疾病和精神心理障碍进行同步护理,促进了这类患者的身心整体康复.Objective：Summarize the nursing of 68 cases of limb fracture associated with mental disorder after traumatic brain injury patients in my Department from 2005--1 to 2009--10o Methods：A retrospective study of 68 patients of limb bone fracture Combined mental disorders after traumatic brain iniury,found before orthopedic surgery and 1 week after operation, 2 week after operation, the patient＇s psychiatric symptoms were significantly different（P〈0. 01）. 3 month after operation, the vast majority of patients with nearly nomal mental psychological. Result： respectively establish the dominant mode of treatment, guidance and cooperation mode, Co--participation model of nursing relational schema during the period of delirium phase and recowry phase, steady phase. Conclusion： pairs of physical disease and mental care and psychological barriers to synchronize ,it promoted the pa tient rehabilitation of physical and psychological.
