摘 要:目的:观察多层螺旋CT支气管动脉造影对支气管动脉的显示效果,探讨CT支气管动脉造影在咯血患者病因诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集本院白2008年1月~2010年5间进行CT支气管动脉造影检查患者的图像资料,合计50名患者,49名患者的图像能满足临床诊断的需要。对图像资料进行统计学分析,探讨CT支气管动脉造影对咯血患者病因诊断的帮助。评价其临床应用价值。结果:共显示患侧(区)供血支气管动脉47支,健侧(区)供血支气管动脉60支。统计学分析结果,患侧与健侧支气管动脉直径的差异有统计学意义。ROC曲线分析结果表明,支气管动脉直径的增粗在咯血的病因诊断中诊断价值较高。结论:CT支气管动脉造影能够满足咯血患者临床诊断的需要,同时,它还具有检查速度快,创伤小,易于为患者接受等优点,因此,CT支气管动脉造影在咯血患者的病因诊断中有着广阔的应用前景。Objective:Purpose Observe bronchial arteriography MSCT of bronchial arterial display effect, discuss on CT bronchial a rteriography hae- moptysis patients in the diagnosis of etiology. Methods Collect the image datas of the CTBA since January 2008--May 2010, Total 50 patients, 49 patients images can satisfy the need of clinical diagnosis. As for the statistical analysis of image data, discuss on CT bronchial arteriography haemoptysis patients diagnosed, etiology and evaluate its clinical application value. Results That sick side (area)bronchial arterial blood 47, health side (area) blood bronchial arterial 60. Statistical analysis results, pathological changes of bronchial arterial diameter and healthy bronchial arterial diameter, was slatistically significanl differences. ROC curves analysis results show that the diameter of the bronchial arterial thickening in the haemoptysis of diagnosing and rough in the diagnosis value is higher. Conclusion CT bronchial arteriography can satisfy the needs of patients with clinical diagnosis of haemoptysis. At the same time, it also has the check quickly, small trauma, easy for patients receiving, etc. Therefore, CTBA in patients with diagnosis of haemoptysis etiology of broad application prospect.
