摘　　要：分析近年来各地开展档案资源整合的现状,归纳现阶段档案资源整合呈现出的特点,探讨各地在推进档案资源整合过程中面临的困难。提出应探索形式多样的档案资源整合模式,尊重各地档案工作发展的不平衡性,以区别对待的原则推进档案资源的整合等政策建议。The article first analyzes the actuality of archive resources integrating that had unfolded in various regions for the past few years, concludes the characteristics that presented in archives resources integrating at the present stage, and discusses the difficulties that faced in the driving process of archive resources integrating in each area. Then it proposes that we should explore various modes of archive resources integrating and respects the unbalancedness of archives work that developed in each place. At last, it impels the policies and suggestions of archive resources integrating by the principle of handling each case on its own merits.
