摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,建筑设计单位产生了大量的电子文件,这些电子文件面临着真实性、可读性、完整性、安全性等诸多管理风险,对基于证据、责任和信息的科研院所的档案管理体系提出了新的挑战。文章通过对建筑设计单位电子文件风险的识别,提出了统一制度、全程管理等几方面的风险管理对策。With the development of information technology, the unit of architectural design produces large amounts of electronic records, which faced with numerous managing risks as authenticity,readability,integrity and security. And all those managing risks bring new challenges to the archives management system of scientific research institutions that based on proof,responsibility and information. The article puts forward countermeasures of uniform system and the whole process control to risk management through the identification of risks to electronic documents in unit of architectural design.
