摘　　要：题本是我国古代明清时期向皇帝报告政务的一种重要的上行文书,它记载的内容十分丰富,具有很大价值。文章首先探讨了题本的产生和发展过程,然后对题本处理和运转过程进行了系统的研究。Ti Ben is a very important up-bound document that chancellors report government affairs to the emperor in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The documents are of great value because of their recorded contents are completely plentiful. This paper first introduces the creation and development process of Ti Ben, afterwards, it makes a systematical study of handling and operating process of this kind of document.
