摘　　要：随着我国经济的持续快速发展,我国面临着能源结构不尽合理,能源利用效率低下,能源与资源、环境和社会发展的矛盾日益突出,能源问题已经成为制约经济与社会发展的"瓶颈"之一。因此能源结构的优化是社会经济发展的必然趋势。要创建低碳经济体、降低煤电比重、开发利用可再生能源、调整产业结构。With the sustained and rapid development of China＇s economy,we are facing the problem that the energy structure is irrational,low efficiency.The energy issue has become a constraining economic and social development of the ＂bottleneck＂.Therefore,optimization of energy structure is an inevitable trend of social and economic development.
