摘　　要：结合工程实践,提出并重点剖析设计咨询前期总承包模式,对这种模式的优缺点进行分析,最后进行总结并对国内设计院未来发展方向提出建议。This paper puts forward and analyzes earlier stage design and consultation general contract mode. Then it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the earlier stage design and consultation general contract mode. Finally, it makes a conclusion and tables a proposal for the future direction of domestic large design institute.
