摘　　要：讨论建设项目的概念、性质以及与建筑企业的关系,分析项目管理与项目治理之间的联系与区别,提出一个三层次的理论框架。为了建立符合时代需求的建设项目理论体系,必须在立场、观点和方法论等方面做出重大调整:从企业本位转变为项目本位,从治理外生转变为治理内生,从一元主义转变为多元主义。The concept and nature of construction project as well as the relationship between construction project and construction firms are examined, connections and distinctions between project management and project governance are analyzed, and a three-level theoretical framework is proposed. It is concluded that in order to establish the theoretical system of construction project that accords with the demands of the time, it is essential to make significant adjustments： from firm-oriented to project-oriented standard in terms of stand, from exogenous to endogenous governance in terms of viewpoint, and from monism to pluralism in terms of methodology.
