摘 要:河南电网节能发电调度技术支持系统立足于节能减排国策,注重节能减排效果与电网安全稳定运行相结合,发掘资源配置效率提升空间。通过"日前计划编制、滚动偏差调整、实时协调控制、秒级AGC多目标控制"的时序递进协调模式,搭建了先进的调度决策技术支持系统,提高了电网节能发电调度决策的前瞻性和可执行性。运行情况表明,该系统的投运提高了大容量机组负荷率和开机水平,降低了系统发电煤耗,节能减排效果和社会效益显著,实现了电网公司、发电企业和社会的多方共赢。The technical support system of Henan energy-conservation power generation dispatching was developed based on reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions,which is one of Chinese strategic approaches.This system considers the effects of reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions of power and power grid operation security and stability at same time,and efficiency of resource allocation was improved.According to coordination mode of the progressive sequence,"day-ahead schedule,scroll bias adjustment,real-time coordinated control,AGC control of second level",it is improved for forward-looking and enforceability of energy-conservation power generation dispatching decisions.The system operation shows noticeable achievements,and it improves the load rate and power level of big generators,displays good effects of reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions,realizes win-win situations among power grid companies,power plants and society.
