摘 要:均衡调度、煤耗调度和成本调度是3种不同的发电调度方式,与电力系统运行实现公平、节能、经济等目标密切相关。深入分析3种调度方式的机理,以等负荷率为目标建立基于最小二乘的均衡调度优化模型,采用序列二次规划算法求解;分别以煤耗最小和购电成本最小为目标,建立煤耗调度和成本调度的日前安全约束机组组合模型,采用动态规划结合序列二次规划的混合算法求解。IEEE30节点算例分析表明,3种调度方式体现了相异的调度目标,决定了机组组合和发电出力分配的结果,并且不同调度方式将影响区域间的潮流分布。Balanced scheduling,coal-consumption scheduling and generation-cost scheduling are three different generation-dispatching modes,which are closely related to the goal of fairness,energy-saving and economic.After deeply analyzing the mechanism of the three scheduling modes,balanced model was built up based on least square with target of equal load rate;to minimum coal-consumption and generation-cost,day-ahead security constrained unit commitment models were established for coal-consumption and generation-cost scheduling,and the unified algorithms of dynamic programming combined with sequential quadratic programming were put forward to solve these models.The analysis of IEEE30-bus test system showed that dispatch modes reflected the different targets as well as unit commitment and generation scheduling,and the different dispatch modes also influenced the power flow among the interconnecting regions.
