摘 要:节能发电调度是具有多目标、多约束特性的大系统优化问题。针对集中调度方案中可能出现的计算工作量大、实时性差、机组在线煤耗特性获取困难、故障时对系统影响大等问题,提出节能发电调度的网厂两级优化方案,其中电网侧综合电网安全稳定性及经济性给出厂级负荷指令,电厂侧根据机组实际煤耗特性及运行状态实现二次优化分配。理论分析表明,两级调度方案比集中调度方案具有更好的节能效果,兼顾了当前电网调度现状与网厂双方利益,是一种行之有效的可实施方案。Energy-saving power generation dispatching is a multi-objective optimization problem with constraints.The centralized dispatching scheme requires heavy computational burden thus is hard to realize in real time.Further,it is difficult to obtain the coal consumption characteristics of units on-line and it has severe effects on system stability in case of faults.To overcome these problems,a hierarchical optimization scheme was proposed.At the power grid level,load demands for power plants are computed incorporating system stability and economic issues;at the power plant level,the load demand is dispatched to each unit according to the real coal consumption characteristics.Analysis shows that the hierarchical optimization scheme is superior to the centralized one,and an effective scheme for compromising both the benefits of the power grids and power plants.
