摘  要:智能电网建设给需求侧管理带来了巨大的机遇与挑战,如何提高众多可再生能源电源接入后的能源使用效率,是需求侧管理面临的新课题。为此分析了智能电网条件下需求侧管理的目标和实施主体,在此基础上提出了"智能需求"的概念,认为当前电力企业实施需求侧管理应重点关注智能需求市场的培育及相关基础设施建设。结合网络经济领域的"长尾理论"对智能需求的分类建设实施提出了建议,指出完善的基础设施(如信息通信系统、高级量测系统等)以及全民参与是长尾理论成功应用的必要条件。Smart grid brings opportunity as well as challenge to power Demand Side Management(DSM).How to improve the utilization efficiency of energy resources with the connection of various renewable energy power generations,is a new task to power DSM.The target and implementer of power DSM in smart grid were analyzed,and the concept of "smart demand" was presented.It was proposed that power utilities should pay more attention to construction of infrastructure and cultivation of smart demand currently.Some suggestions on applying "the Long Tail" were given,which was derived from web-business to construction of smart demand of different classification.It is pointed out that perfect infrastructure and civil participation are requisites to the successful application of "the Long Tail".
