摘  要:青岛颐中体育馆屋盖是一个由60块三角形平板网架组成的折板球形网壳结构。基于结构受力性能、经济指标等进行了结构选型分析,确定了网格划分和网壳最优厚度,最终采用栓焊混合球节点的三角锥网格形式;结合下部混凝土结构,进行了整体结构设计及支座选型,采用万向弹簧球铰支座,以减小推力,减弱对下部结构的影响;针对体育馆体积庞大、多棱角多坡度及青岛海滨城市多风且风压大的特点,进行了风洞试验和抗风设计;对屋盖进行了整体稳定性分析,揭示了初始缺陷和几何非线性对整体性能的影响,结果表明,结构有较强的整体稳定性。The roof of Qingdao Yizhong Gymnasium is made up of sixty triangle flat grids structures which were folded to global shape.According to force performance and economic index,the structure type,grid division and the best structural thickness of the roof were determined.Tri-pyramid grid structure was used with bolt ball joints and welding ball joints.Structural design and support design were proceeded.Universal rotary movement support was adopted,so the push force and the effect to down-structure were reduced.The gymnasium is very huge and the roof has many angles and slopes,at the same time,the wind pressure is very big in Qingdao,so the wind tunnel test and wind-resisting design were proceeded.According to the analysis of the overall stability of the roof,the effect of initial geometry imperfections and nonlinear geometric behavior was given.The results indicate that the structure has good overall stability.
