摘　　要：四川广电中心大楼为超限高层建筑,采用了部分框架柱为斜柱的框筒结构。设计中首次采用了钢管混凝土斜柱抗剪环-环梁节点,并对这种新型节点形式进行了试验研究。对该项目中基于性能的设计方法、地基基础、结构计算、高位转换桁架、预应力梁等方面的设计及构造特点进行了介绍。Sichuan Radio and TV Center is a tall building beyond the scope of design codes.Frame-tube structure with inclined columns was adopted.A new joint system,the inclined concrete filled steel tube column-ring beam joint with shear rings,was firstly used in this design.Experimental studies on this new type of joint were carried out.The design and construction of this project were also introduced,such as the performance-based design method,the foundation,the structural calculation,the high-level steel truss transfer story,the prestressed reinforced concrete beam,etc.
