摘　　要：结合中国铁路提速、重载货车的发展和特点以及中国铁路运输形势及现状,概述了在货车新造、检修中应用无损检测技术的重要意义和无损检测技术在保证货车关键零部件的产品质量、确保铁路运输安全方面的重要作用。从技术标准引进、标准和规范的制定、铁路货车关键零部件的无损检测工艺、检测装备等方面介绍了无损检测技术在货车新造及检修中的应用范围和效果,并对中国铁路货车无损检测的发展提出了设想和展望。In light of the development and features of speed increased and heavy haul freight cars in China railway as well as the circumstances and present conditions of China railway transport,generally described are the important significance of applying nondestructive testing technology in manufacture,inspection and repair of freight cars and the important role of the nondestructive testing technology in ensuring the product quality of key parts and components of freight cars and ensuring the safety in railway transport.The application range and effect of the nondestructive testing technology in manufacture,inspection and repair of freight cars are described in such aspects as importing technical standards,setting up standards and regulations,the nondestructive testing technology for key parts and components of railway freight cars,and the test equipment.And the development of nondestructive testing of railway freight cars in China is envisaged and prospected.
