摘　　要：介绍了一种利用多级微分补偿法解决热敏元件温度电压特性随速度衰减问题的方法,实现了速度动态补偿。通过增加元件温度传感器获取热敏元件温度,提高了热敏探头的输出精度。A method to solve the problem of the temperature voltage feature of thermosensitive elements attenuating with speed with application of the multi stage differential compensation method is described,so that the dynamic compensation of speed is realized.The temperatures of thermosensitive elements are obtained through increasing sensors for temperatures of elements,so that the output precision of thermosensitive probes is improved.
