摘  要:目的:优选紫草萘醌成分的提取工艺及条件。方法:以紫草萘醌总成分收得率、β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁成分收得率为考察指标,比较热回流、超声、渗漉法的提取效率,从中选出适宜的提取方法;采用正交设计并以多指标综合评分法对筛选出的提取方法进行工艺参数优化。结果:渗漉法所得紫草萘醌总成分得率和β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁得率均最高;正交试验优化渗漉法提取工艺的最佳条件为药材粒度20目、渗漉速度0.7mL.min-1、浸泡时间4h、乙醇体积分数为95%。结论:渗漉提取方法最适合紫草有效成分的提取;通过正交试验优化的渗漉法提取紫草萘醌成分方法稳定、切实可行。OBJECTIVE To establish an appropriate extracting technology for Arnebia Euchroma(Royel)Johnes. METHODS Using the rate of harvesting of the naphthaquinone and β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin as the indices, 3 extraction methods including the hot reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and percolation extraction, were comprehensively evaluated and one of the best methods which obtained the highest yielding rate was selected. An orthogonal design was adopted in the study and the rate of harvesting of the naphthaquinone and β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin were used as indices of appraisal. Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction condition. RESULTS The highest rate of harvesting of naphthaquinone and β,β-dimethylacrylalkannin were obtained by using percolation extraction. The optimized parameter by the orthogonal design were as follows: 95% ethylalcohol as percolation solvent,4h as soaking time,0. 7 mL·min^-1 as the rate of percolation, 20 mesh as the size of Arnebia root. CONCLUSION Percolation extraction technology is appropriate for Arnebia Euchroma (Royel)Johnes. The optimized percolation extraction technology was stable, rational and feasible.
