摘 要:目的:调查我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况,为促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查研究方法,对呼吸内科2008年7-12月518例住院病历的主要临床诊断、病原学检测以及抗菌药物的使用种类、使用频度、用药合理性(DUI)、费用和联合用药情况等进行统计分析。结果:呼吸内科住院患者以感染性疾病为主;病原学送检率为75.29%,阳性率为13.77%;抗菌药物使用率为98.07%;共涉及11类51种;DDDS排序前3位分别为:左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林他唑巴坦、头孢美唑;联合用药率为80.31%。结论:我院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,应进一步提高合理用药水平。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial application in the hospital respiratory medical department and provide evidence for promoting the rational administration of antibacterial. METHODS 518 medical records of respiratory medical department from July to december in 2008 had been investigated by retrospective review method. The main clinical diagnosis, the detection of pathogens, the kinds of antibacterials, DDDs,DUI, the expense of antibacterials and combined drugs use were analyzed. RESULTS Infectious diseases were the main clinical diagnosis of the in patients of respiratory medical department. The pathogens submission rate was 75.29% in 508 cases of iwpatients, and the rate of masculine was 13.77%. The rate of antibacterials use of in-patients was 98.07%. It involoved 11 sorts and 51 kinds. The first 3 ranks in DDDs were levofloxacin, piperacillin and tazobactam,cefmetazole. The rate of using combined drug was 80. 31%. CONCLUSION The condition of antibacterials use in respiratory medical department in our hospital was basically rational. However, there are still some problems. The level of using drug rationally should be further improved.
