晶种及其活化对拟薄水铝石种分过程的影响

摘  要:选用适当的晶种并通过沸水活化可以有效地强化拟薄水铝石种分过程。研究表明,分解率随铝酸钠溶液组成变化规律与晶种织构性质存在一定联系,孔容在0.58 cm3/g以上时,分解率受苛性比影响较大;孔容降至0.23 cm3/g后,分解率受苛性比影响较小。晶种在蒸馏水中蒸煮后得以活化,2#晶种活化0.5 h后分解率可提高约10%。其它3种晶种经过沸水蒸煮后均能得到不同程度的活化,分解率提高约1.3%~1.8%。The pseudoboehmite precipitation process can be effectively intensified by choosing appropriate seeds and boiling water activation.It is shown that,the precipitation yield of Al2O3 in sodium aluminate solution changes with its composition is related with the textural properties of the seeds.When the pore volume of the seed reaches more than 0.58 cm3/g,the caustic ratio can strongly affect the precipitation yield of Al2O3.However,when pore volume of the seeds decrease to 0.23 cm3/g,the caustic ratio can less affect the precipitation yield.The seeds are activated after cooking in distilled water.When the 2# seed is activated for 0.5 h,the precipitation yield increased about 10%.The other three seeds can be also activated after cooking in distilled water,and the precipitation yield can increase 1.3% to 1.8%.
