摘 要:采用APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)语言建立了瓦楞纸板压痕折叠过程的仿真模型,在考虑瓦楞纸板材料非线性及几何非线性的基础上,对不同工艺参数的瓦楞压痕折叠过程进行模拟仿真,分析该过程中压痕力、压痕力矩的变化规律,以及不同工艺参数对压痕过程的影响。结果表明,经压痕后的瓦楞纸板的强度、压痕力与折叠力矩基本随纸板变形增大而增加,但呈非线性变化。The APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language) was used in this paper to simulate the creasing and folding process of corrugated board.First a corrugated board model was built.Then the process of different processes parameters were simulated with nonlinear material and geometric nonlinear for corrugated board. Next was analysis of the changing rules for creasing force and moment of creasing force in this process.At last the impact of different process parameters on the creasing processes was discussed.The results showed that strength,creasing force and folding moment of the corrugated board increased as the cardboard transmutation increased.However,the changing is non-linear.
