摘 要:分析了传统机械式注油器存在的缺陷,由此引入一种新型电控气缸注油润滑系统;详细论述了该系统对注油定时和注油频率控制的控制策略,并介绍了其在实船实机上应用的效果。结果表明:注油集中在活塞环带上,保证了缸套润滑效果;注油频率随负荷、燃油含硫量及缸套磨合状态等参数调节,使气缸润滑油耗率比机械式注油器降低30%以上。This paper analyzes the defects of the traditional mechanical lubricator firstly,and introduces a new type of electric cylinder lubrication system further.It also gives details the control strategy of the main control unit,including the injection timing control and lubrication frequency control.Finally,it introduces the effect of its application in the real ealship and real marine engine.Form the experiments,it is concluded that: the cylinder oil injection concentrates in the piston curl,which has guaranteed the cylinder jacket lubrication effect.The oil injection frequency can be adjusted with parameters of load, fuel sulphur content,cylinder jacket wearing in condition and so on.It causes the cylinder oil consumption rate to reduce more than 30% compared to the mechanical lubricator.
