摘 要:以马来酸酐和铵盐为原料合成环境友好型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP),并研究不同因素对聚天冬氨酸阻CaCO3垢性能影响以及聚天冬氨酸对CaCO3结晶过程的影响。结果表明:所得产品的粘均分子量M为5 700;当Ca2+浓度为750 mg/L,PASP的投加浓度为6 mg/L时,阻垢率为94.74%;当PASP的浓度为6 mg/L,在80℃的水浴中运行16 h时,阻垢率接近100%;PASP可以破坏CaCO3的晶格结构,减小其晶胞体积,使CaCO3的晶体无法有规则正常的生成和增长而发生严重的畸变。因此,PASP可应用于高钙离子浓度的水系统,在高温水系统中长时间停留,对CaCO3仍有较强的抑制作用。Polyaspartic acid(PASP) was synthesized using malefic anhydride and ammonium salt as raw materials.The effect of different factors on performance of scale inhibition polyaspartic acid to calcium carbonate and on crystallization of calcium carbonate were investigated.The results show that viscosity-average molecular weight of the product is 5 700.The inhibition rate was up to 94.74%,as the dosages of PASP reaching 6 mg/L and calcium concentration reaching 750 mg/L.The inhibition rate was up to 94.74%.The inhibition rate reaches near 100% when 6 mg/L of PASP was added into water temperature 80 ℃ for 16 hours.Polyaspartic acid can destroy lattice structure of calcium carbonate and decrease its unit cell volume.It's available for the water system of high calcium concentration and staying in the water system of high temperature for a long time.
