摘 要:为研究不同源阻抗的8/20μs冲击电流下,金属氧化物压敏电阻(metal oxygen varistor,MOV)冲击残压存在很大差异的课题,建立了MOV的仿真模型,在相同预期短路条件下对10、20、30kA3个通流量级的冲击残压进行了研究,并结合Haefely persurge30.2和ICGS两种源阻抗相差较大设备的实测数据分析,得出:①冲击电流越小,试品动态阻抗越大,适合用其最小冲击电流来测试非线性试品,以工程计算设备的带负载能力;②不同预期短路电流下,不同源阻抗冲击电流回路测试不同试品时,通流容量越小的试品表现出来的电压敏感性越大,大通流的试品在大电流冲击下受源阻抗的影响较小,因此宜选用小通流容量的MOV来对比不同发生器的性能。To research the residual voltage of MOV under 8/20 μs impulse current waveform produced by different impendence RLC circuit,a simulation circuit model of MOV was set up.The residual voltages of MOV were studied under different impulse current of 10 kA,20 kA and 35 kA,and the comparing experiments were carried by test MOV with different testing system including Haefely persurge 30.2 and ICGS test system.The experimental results show that:①the less the impulse current is,the higher the dynamic resistance of MOV will be,so the minimum current of a generator can be used to test nonlinear EUT to calculate its ability of driving loads.② the less the impulse discharge capacity,the more sensitive the voltage is which MOV presents when different anticipating short-circuit current of different source impedances’ generators are applied,and it is reasonable to use MOVs with lower impulse discharge capacity to be tested under the lowest impulse current to contrast different generators’ characteristics.
