摘  要:将名义应力法应用于过载谱的损伤计算,已有的算法要求条件较多,损伤值偏大。基于名义应力法的理论基础,充分利用疲劳界的成果积累,提出估算过载谱损伤的g-S对照算法。直接采用已知★N曲线,在过载与应力、应力与寿命、寿命与损伤各变量间依次建立关联,使用Miner理论估算谱损伤,结果符合通常的损伤值概念。试验表明用g-S对照法估算过载谱损伤误差较小,与实际损伤相关性较强,在各种谱型下表现稳定,优于同类算法。Most foregone methods for g-factor spectrum damage calculation derived from nominal stress approach require many conditions and the results seem quite large considering the original conception of damage. Based on the elements of nominal stress approach and the long term accumulation in fatigue circles, g-S contrapose method was put forward for g-factor spectrum damage calculation. Adopting known S- N curves, the conjunctions between g-factor and stress, stress and fatigue life, life and damage were set up, and the spectrum damage was gotten with Miner theory eventually. Such a result is consistent to usual damage conception. Fatigue test shows that there is good correlation between spectrum damage calculated by the method and that gotten by fatigue test. The method works steadily with small errors for many styles of spectrum and seems having the advantage of similar methods.
